I went in needing to find a gift for a young ladies birthday and the staff was very welcoming and absolutely helpful. Made the visit very pleasant, quick and seamless. The staff helped identify some potential options and it was totally helpful and was able to go in and out quickly.

I have been ordering and/or walking in and purchasing arrangements from Royer’s for a few years now, and have always been very happy with their selection and customer service. After a mistake on my part regarding a delivery date, I called in today hoping to find any way to save Valentine’s Day. Knowing how busy this week is for them, I wasn’t expecting much of an accommodation, but remained hopeful that we could work out a solution. When I called, Lisa assisted me. She was incredibly kind and understanding, put my worry at ease, and completely saved the day. Thank you, Lisa! You’re the best!

Ordered 2 specialized arrangements for my mother-in-law's funeral. Went into store and described in detail to a staff person who diligently wrote up details that I wanted . I. Couldn't be more delighted with the arrangements . They were just perfect! Thank you .

The customer service of Royers is the best in town! I recently placed a flower order for a friend's birthday. The order was delivered on the day I requested, but the friend was out of town. A neighbor called Royer's and they picked the flowers back up and called me. I found out when the friend would return home and Royer's re-delivered the flowers a week later - the arrangement was beautiful! Forget ProFlowers and other online deliveries where the flowers die in a day - go local - go with Royer's!

My boyfriend has ordered me flowers from this location twice. The large bouquet of a dozen roses, the buds were huge, as big as the palm of my hand, before they were fully bloomed. When the flowers were starting to go, I gathered the bunch and hung them upside down to dry the blossoms open. They look beautiful dried. Can not recommend the large bouquet of a dozen roses enough to anyone who really wants to impress and show off to the recipients coworkers.

Purchased two different Arrangements of Flowers and put them together myself (in store) with the help of an employee. The vase Arrangement came out Great,, which I purchased. The flowers I posted were delivered 3 wks ago. Im so impressed I needed to review. I have taken care of them by following instructions, trimming the stems and add fresh water everyday. They are just gorgeous!

I walked into Royer’s on a whim to see about making little bouquets for my parent’s anniversary that day. The associate was so friendly and helpful in listening to what I wanted, as well as adding what she thought would work. She put together 2 amazing daisy bouquets that I could not have done myself. She provided me instructions and care items I needed to travel with them to keep them in the best condition. The interaction was so fast, and she helped make the day special. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. I definitely recommend!

Ordered an arrangement for a memorial service. They arrived in plenty of time and were absolutely gorgeous. Fresh and beautiful and the non breakable vase was easy to transport to the reception afterwards. Everyone commented on the arrangement. Great customer service and delivery.
